What does the american eagle company expect from their employees?

Like for example if I was to work at an american eagle store or any retail clothing store. What would they expect from me? What should I do to prepare myself? What would make me a good representative? What kinds of skills do you need to peform your job well? What duties and task you expect from a clothing store.

you gotta push sales and credit cards... it's just like any clothing store in the mall besides that though... just stock and straighten stuff up, sometimes stay there all night to set up new floor sets, and just be pushy try to make people buy stuff and get in their way while they're shopping lol...

i worked at vicky's secret and a friend worked at aeropostale while two worked at american eagle (only one still does work there, the rest of us have quit since then)

um the only one with a laid-back atmosphere was aero. the rest of us were pressured to increase sales a lot
